Today we will explain you the last online marketing plan we have done, in this case for Barcelona Student Housing. It is a website that offers
student accommodation in Barcelona, and is very focused on the US public. In this case, unlike the previous online marketing plan that will we discussed about (Financlick), this is not an study previous to the launch of a website, it's an analysis of an ongoing project to identify opportunities for improvement.
The document consists of three sections. The first is dedicated to analyze in depth the web and other online marketing tools that are being deployed, and detect its impact. This part has shown the client how the objectives are being achieved in terms of SEO, but also have seen some possible improvements in terms of conversion of visitors into reservations, the capture of quality links or using social networks.
The second section of the paper is an in depth study of the competition. In this case we have studied the actions carried out in different areas of online marketing (web, SEO, SEM, social media, etc.) of the main competence of BSH in Barcelona, and we have also studied the similar offer in two cities with things in common with Barcelona: London and Florence. The study of digital competition has allowed us to draw out ideas of good and bad practice to have very present to our client.
