With over 25 years of experience, Eugin is an international leader in its sector, and EuginMed was born as the natural evolution of its digital ecosystem: a portal where gynecologists, embryologists, and specialists can access continuing education, scientific content, and professional resources in a secure and specialized environment.

The challenge: digitising medical knowledge and collaboration

The main challenge of the project was to build a portal that conveyed scientific rigour, authority and trust, while at the same time functioning as an agile, day-to-day working tool for professionals.

The key objectives were:

  • To centralise the academic offering of Eugin Education and research and R&D content on a single platform.

  • To create a private, restricted-access area for professionals, ensuring security, confidentiality and ease of use.

  • To provide a flexible content manager that would allow internal teams to update content autonomously.

  • To prepare the platform for future growth, both in terms of content and languages.


Design keys: functionality, rigour and connection

The proposal was based on an information architecture oriented towards a professional (B2B) audience, prioritising clarity, content hierarchy and user experience:

  • Clean, corporate interface
    Visual design aligned with the Eugin Group identity, with a predominance of white and corporate blue tones, conveying professionalism, visual cleanliness and reliability—essential values in the healthcare sector.

  • Navigation structured by functional areas
    Clear organisation of the portal into major sections: private area, education, research (R&D), news and multimedia content, enabling quick access to specialised resources.

  • Modern academic identity
    Use of sans-serif typefaces and simple technical iconography, designed to ensure comfortable reading of scientific articles, training programmes and professional documentation.

  • Multilingual experience
    Platform prepared for an international audience, offering smooth navigation in multiple languages (ES, EN, FR, DE), while maintaining visual and structural consistency across all versions.

  • Dynamic, multimedia content
    Development of a Media Center with webinars, podcasts, articles and training resources, transforming the website into a living portal that is constantly updated.

  • Design focused on professional registration and conversion
    Clear, well-integrated forms to facilitate the registration of new professionals and subscription to scientific communications.
