Google Trusted Stores is the new project of Google for increasing confidence accross the web for buyers. This program will help customers to identify which stores or e-commerces complies with the rules of Google regarding delivery time, percentage of problems solved, the average time of delivery, etc.. Even Google has the power to act as an intermediary to resolve disputes between customers and e-commerce as long as the customer has paid a bonus for buying Google guarantees.
Those stores registered on Google Trusted Stores must include a logo to certify that they are a site recognised as a Google Trusted Store.
This use is another step forward in generating confidence in Internet purchases. In Spain there are already similar certificates as the Confianza Online program developed by the Ministry through red.es
