This week, some of the members of LA TEVA WEB's online marketing team have been at the eShow, the most important online marketing and e-commerce fair held in Spain. This fair took place at the Fira de Barcelona and enjoys de presence of over 150 exhibitors and speakers who have talked about the challenges we will face in the following months. The fair focuses in digital marketing and approaches organic SEO, pay-per-click SEM, e-mail marketing and web design. The fair also offers relevant information regarding to finance and logistics.
It is clear that the online marketing sector is facing a boom of new tools and platforms, many of them with little differences. If we have to highlight a couple of points that will arise with strength in the short term, we would find big data and automation of procedures as the most relevant ones. We will be able to analyze large quantities of data in order to make websites, ecommerce and online marketing campaigns more focused to specific consumers. The launch of some new tools will help us in the customization of ecommerces with the goal in mind of making a different ecommerce for each consumer with an extreme personalized user experience. We will also see the use of some algorithms that will help us to manage Google Adwords campaigns with thousands of keywords with the aim of targeting as many customers as we can in few seconds. The only problem is that most of these tools based on big data need thousands and thousands of visits to be worthwhile. This is to say that they are not affordable for most companies unless they have turnovers of several million Euros. Unfortunately this is not the case of most of our clients.
