Dr. Ahmad Saad's clinic already had a strong reputation and a solid physical presence on Rambla Catalunya. What it needed was a digital presence that reflected that — and an SEO strategy capable of reaching patients internationally, not just locally.

Web Design

The site was built on WordPress with a fully custom design. Sophisticated, image-led, and structured around two distinct services — aesthetic surgery and migraine treatment — that attract different audiences with different search behaviours. The design needed to communicate precision and prestige without feeling cold. High-quality before-and-after imagery does a lot of the work here; we made sure those pages were built to rank, not just to look good.

SEO Strategy

Aesthetic surgery is one of the more competitive spaces in medical SEO, and the brief added an extra layer of complexity: international reach, including Russian and Arabic-speaking markets. That shaped how we structured the content, handled hreflang, and approached keyword research — terms that work in English don't always translate directly into how patients search in other languages.

The before-and-after pages became a central pillar of the strategy. They're the content patients actually want to see, they rank well when built correctly, and they convert. Link-building and SEM campaigns ran alongside the organic work to accelerate visibility in the early months.

Results

The site ranks for its target terms in both local and international markets. Traffic increased, and more importantly, the enquiries coming in match the profile of patients the clinic wants to attract — people seriously considering treatment, not casual browsers.
