According to a recent study by the city of Barcelona on the impact of social networking companies in the metropolitan area of Barcelona is less than 1 in 4 companies in Barcelona who use social networks to communicate their products and services and listen to views of their customers and potential customers about their products and services.
Those companies that do make use of social networks are mostly used Facebook with 84%, followed distantly by 40% Twitter and LinkedIn to 36%. Surprising that the use of Linkedin is so close to that of Twitter. With respect to Youtube only reaches 30% and the use of blogs is a minimum of 25%.
Not knowing how to use social networks to communicate their products, their tenuous connection with web design and programming of web pages, the cost of creating quality videos along with the low-bandwidth connections in Barcelona explains this low use of social networks.
